Through the Love Legacy Project, we gift micro-weddings and receptions to breast cancer survivors, military couples, and other deserving families.

Each year, we host up to 3 weddings and receptions through The Love Legacy Project — gifting joy and honoring resilience.

Signature Package – 8 Hours - $1000 (Mon-Thurs) • $1200 (Fri-Sun)

Full-day setup with time to decorate, celebrate, and clean up. Includes our Signature Event Station — perfect for DJs, hair & makeup artists, bartenders, or event hosts.

Setup & Takedown/Cleanup: $250
Full-Service Experience: $500 (Includes setup & deluxe centerpieces or ceremony styling.)
Upgraded Tabletop Styling: $250
Selfie Photo Stand: $150 (Includes light ring, iPad display, and digital photo sharing.)
Kids’ Corner Setup: $100–$175 (Includes kid-sized tables, chairs, and activity kits themed to match your event.)
Officiant-led Wedding Ceremony: $200

Specialty: Meetings & Conferences – 4 Hours - $650

Includes AV equipment, notepads, pens, and Signature Event Station to serve as the podium for presentations.

Specialty: Repasts – 4 Hours - $500

Includes a thoughtful space to honor and remember loved ones.

Specialty: Stay by the Hour - Up to 4 Hours - $150/hr

Ideal for short events or half-day celebrations.

WEDDING CEREMONY PACKAGES

As an Ordained Minister, Candi Meredith offers martial ceremonies at Meredith House for every budget. Designed for couples seeking an elegant, intimate wedding experience—from quick "I do's" to beautifully styled moments.

The Vow – 1 Hour - $400

Full ceremony with styling and seating.

Our Moment – 30 Minutes - $250

Simple ceremony with personal touches.

Just Us – 15 Minutes - $200

Private “I Do” with two witnesses.

DEPOSITS & DAMAGE POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to book your event and is applied toward your total. A refundable security deposit of $300 is also required. This security deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after your event, pending a successful post-event inspection confirming no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning is required.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your event, your original non-refundable deposit will be honored and applied to your new date, as long as the event is rebooked within one year of the original date. After one year without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited.

By securing your date with a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in our rental contract.
